1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the CallWrk platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CallWrk provides AI-powered call handling, outbound campaign, and analytics services ("Services") to business customers. The Services are provided on a subscription basis as set out in your order form or subscription agreement.

3. Use of services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), UK GDPR, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

4. Subscriptions and payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, exclusive of VAT. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual property

The CallWrk platform, including all software, algorithms, and content, is owned by CallWrk Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services during your subscription period.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallWrk's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
